Position Overview:
CapitalPoint Financial is seeking experienced international healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, doctors, and other medical specialists) to join our Health and Wellness Program team. This role is designed to support our clients in achieving their health and financial goals by providing expert guidance on wellness initiatives, preventive care, and health-related financial planning. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in one of our two U.S. locations with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of our clients.
- Provide expert advice on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to integrate health and wellness planning into clients’ financial portfolios.
- Conduct health risk assessments and provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on U.S. healthcare regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Educate clients on the financial implications of healthcare decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MD, MSN, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Licensure: Valid medical license in your home country. Eligibility to obtain a U.S. medical license (if applicable) is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., RN, BLS, ACLS, or specialty-specific certifications) are required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Specialties: Preferred specialties include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, or Preventive Medicine.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
